The full referral terms
Refer a pro to IMAGE Studios Sharon and earn $500 when they move in.

How it works
· Tell us who you're referring before they tour or sign — use the referral form
  or hand them your referral card.
· When they sign a licence agreement and move into a suite, you earn $500.
· If you rent a suite here, it comes to you as a $500 credit on your rent.
  If you don't, we send it by Zelle, Venmo or Cash App.
· You'll be paid within 30 days of their move-in.

The details
· Your referral is good for 90 days from the day you submit it. If they sign
  after that, it no longer qualifies.
· They have to be new to us — someone we're already talking to doesn't count.
· One payout per pro who moves in. If two people refer the same person, the
  first referral on file is the one that earns.
· If they move out before their first full month, we may hold the payout.
· These terms can change at any time, but never for a referral already
  submitted — whatever this said the day you referred someone is what you're
  owed.
